Returns are no fun for anyone: Neither the buyer or the seller.

Buyer Responsibilities

In the event that a return becomes necessary, the buyer must communicate with the seller, may have to pay for the return postage, print a return label, re-package the order and deliver it to the postal carrier.

Seller Responsibilities

The seller must communicate with the buyer, may have to pay for the return postage, inspect the return package, re-package if necessary, re-list the item, and will most likely lose money if a factory sealed package has been opened.

Following are the steps we use to reduce and hopefully eliminate the need for returns:

 

We encourage buyers to “look before you leap”.

In order to ensure that you end up with a product that you will be happy with, we encourage you to “do your homework”, in the form of online product research.

Ratings and reviews are readily available on the Internet, and so are specifications (such as size and weight). You can also compare prices to ensure that you end up with a fair price.

Prior to listing an item for sale, that is exactly what we do: Product research to ensure that you will receive a quality product, listed at a fair price.

We include photos, videos and accurate descriptions with our listings.

One of the first things we do prior to listing a product is to inspect it with a magnifying glass. If a product has zero defects, we may use stock photos. If a product has any cosmetic defects, we use high resolution photos taken by a professional, using a professional camera (Canon EOS-1D Mark III) in our photography studio that has professional lighting equipment that can reproduce the light of the sun (full spectrum).

We do this in an attempt to eliminate returns due to and inaccurate description.

Returns because of poor communication, misunderstandings, or lack of product knowledge can often be prevented by fast and effective communication.

Proper packaging virtually eliminates the disappointment of receiving your order damaged during shipping, and the hassle of needed to return it.

We use anti-fraud procedures.

We take high quality photos and/or videos of all merchandise during the packaging procedure. We also take photos during our inspection, testing and repair procedures in order to document the condition and proper functioning of each item we sell.

We also record identification numbers, (including serial numbers, MSID, MSIN, MIN, and IMSI) of all items that have a identification numbers.

All returns are weighed at the counter of the carrier and are opened in front of the clerk. The opening is video recorded, and the name of the clerk is added to our time and date-stamped return form.

We do this in order to prevent returns from fraudsters and scammers.
